Experience the White Mountains as seen during the late 1800s when life was a little slower and logging was the lifeblood of Lincoln. Operating from May through December, the Hobo Railroad gives folks a chance to take a peek back through time. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy an 80-minute round trip aboard a restored vintage coach train winding along the banks of the Pemigewasset River through the gorgeous beauty of the surrounding woods. Fall foliage rides are extremely popular, and little ones will be happy to hear that Santa Claus himself joins the fun from Thanksgiving through mid-December. Tickets for all trains are available at the Hobo Junction Station, or online.
