Property owners enjoy a little special treatment on-mountain, with access to several owner-exclusive trails and chair lifts. These private trails are specially curated by Loon with expert-level grooming and snowmaking techniques, and our private chairlifts ensure you get to the top of the mountain as fast as possible.

South Peak homeowners enjoy an exclusive door-to-slope shuttle service. Our resort-owned shuttle will take you and your party directly from your house to South Peak Base Camp, Loon’s North Peak, Governor Adams Lodge, or the Escape Route Parking Lot. Schedule a shuttle pickup from the mobile app or call 603-259-6576. Shuttle service hours are 8a to 5p on weekdays and 7a to 5p on weekends, holidays, and school vacations.

Need to take a minute to warm up but don’t want to head all the way back to the lodge? South Peak homeowners enjoy access to the exclusive warming yurt. This comfortably cozy accommodation is open every day from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and serves coffee, tea, and donuts during the morning hours. Skiers can rest easy knowing that their gear is safe in cubby storage overseen by an attendant.

A serene, picturesque one-mile-long path through beautiful New Hampshire woods, the J.E. Henry trail is perfect for birdwatchers, cyclists, snowshoers, dog walkers, and even those just looking for a leisurely stroll during their lunch break. Walk it quickly or take a load off and enjoy the sights from the bank of the Pemi, which runs alongside the trail.

Avoid the hustle and bustle of the main road’s traffic and drive directly into Loon’s parking lot from a private access road. South Peak owners have through-road access to Loon Brook Road via an electronic gate that can be controlled with a fob or by using the South Peak mobile app. Set the app to open the gate when you are within 100ft.

Escape Route Trail

Escape Route Trail

A 2.3-mile lightly trafficked loop trail along the Pemi River, the Escape Route is a year-round trail used for hiking, running, downhill skiing, and snowshoeing. This route follows a section of road at South Peak Resort before breaking off onto and up Loon Mountain. The Escape Route follows a number of ski runs and then descends back down to the road.
