The Loon Adventure Center offers a variety of groomed trails from gentle beginner paths along the Pemigewasset River to more challenging trails that ascend Black Mountain. Guided tours and rental equipment are available. Not enough for you? A little further along the highway, the challenging Lincoln Woods Trail offers a 9.4-mile out-and-back trip along the Pemi. For the super motivated, try The Semi Pemi Loop (23.4 miles) – a true to your strength and stamina with a high reward for the senses and a strong sense of pride and accomplishment to those who complete it.
