South Peak Resort is offering exclusive membership opportunities at The Nest for those seeking a balance of heritage,
luxury, and effortless access to the mountain. For residents of South Peak Resort, The Nest sits at the center of a
mountain lifestyle—offering amenities and services to both current and future homeowners. Memberships are also available
for non-homeowners, subject to the terms of the Membership Plan.

- Priority Access: Priority use of the golf simulator and tennis courts at South Peak Resort

- Extended Family Benefits: Children retain Immediate Family privileges until age 35 or upon marriage, and may transition to Summit without an initiation fee
- Transferable Membership: Transfer membership to the buyer when selling your South Peak residence
