We’re proud to share that South Peak Resort has been named the Best Mountain Getaway in Modern Luxury Boston Common’s Best of Luxury Travel Awards 2025.
This recognition is truly an honor for our team and the South Peak community. We never set out to win awards, but it means a lot to stand alongside some of the region’s most iconic destinations. It reaffirms what so many of our homeowners and guests already know—South Peak is a place where natural beauty, thoughtful design, and a strong sense of connection come together in a way that’s rare.
Set along the Pemigewasset River and nestled into the base of Loon Mountain, South Peak offers four seasons of adventure. In the winter, residents enjoy ski-in, ski-out access to one of New Hampshire’s most beloved mountains. In the summer and fall, the area transforms into a haven for hiking, biking, fishing, and exploring all that the White Mountains have to offer.
But what makes South Peak truly special isn’t just the location—it’s the experience. Whether you’re spending time in one of our mountain homes, walking the quiet neighborhood roads, or sharing stories around the fire after a day on the slopes, there’s a sense of place and peace here that’s hard to put into words.
