South Peak to Announce New Lots Available Spring 2025

March 2025 – South Peak Resort is preparing to announce a new grouping of single-family lots available for sale in March. Homesites at South Peak allow homeowners to design and build their ski-in and ski-out homes directly on Loon Mountain. They are released on a rolling basis as they are prepared for construction and approved by the NH attorney general.

Many of South Peak’s home lots have direct ski-in, ski-out access to Loon Mountain via trails maintained by Loon Mountain. Trails to access Loon’s extensive trail system run throughout the South Peak neighborhood, which also includes a private owner’s chairlift and an Uber-like owner’s shuttle to transport residents to and from South Peak’s Pemigewasset Base Camp, located at the bottom of Lincoln Express Quad, or to Loon’s Main entrance.
