South Peak Resort Celebrates 20 Years of Boston Common

Representing Winter in the Four Seasons of Luxury Celebration
On April 24th, South Peak Resort had the opportunity to sponsor the 20th anniversary celebration of Boston Common — a publication that has become a defining voice in Boston’s luxury, culture, and philanthropic scenes — at the SoWa Power Station. As part of the Modern Luxury media network, Boston Common has spent the last two decades spotlighting the people, places, and ideas that shape one of the most influential cities on the East Coast.
The anniversary event was a gathering of individuals who drive change and elevate the communities around them — from real estate leaders and entrepreneurs to philanthropists and tastemakers. It was a celebration of style, connection, and impact, and we were proud to be a part of it.

A Seasonal Showcase
The event’s theme, “Four Seasons of Luxury,” offered a creative way to showcase the beauty of New England living year-round. South Peak Resort was honored to represent Winter, bringing a touch of our White Mountain setting to the city.
We highlighted the season with a custom ice sculpture, the South Peak coffee cart, and the addition of a photo op for the guests of the event. Apart from the décor, we shared what winter means to our community — the peacefulness of a snow-covered landscape, the thrill of ski-in/ski-out adventures, and the warmth of returning to a cozy, mountainside home. It was a moment to reflect on how much joy and connection the winter season brings to our homeowners and visitors alike.
Building Bridges Between the City and the Mountains
While we’re rooted in Lincoln, NH, we’re increasingly making a deliberate effort to raise awareness of the South Peak experience throughout the Greater Boston area. We have been persistent in working with a variety of media partners to highlight our community and raise awareness to those who are unfamiliar.
Many of our homeowners come from the city, looking for a luxurious, nature-infused retreat just a few hours away. Supporting an event like this was more than just an evening out — it was about building connections, sharing our story, and inviting others into the lifestyle we’ve created at South Peak.
By attending and supporting events that resonate with our values, we’re creating more opportunities for future homeowners to discover what makes South Peak special — a true community set against the backdrop of New Hampshire’s most stunning natural landscape.
A Commitment to Community and Growth
Participating in Boston Common’s 20th anniversary was a continuation of our mission. As South Peak continues to grow, we remain focused on building a vibrant, connected community and seeking out meaningful ways to introduce new audiences to the mountains we call home.
We’re excited to continue expanding our presence through genuine conversations, real connections, and shared values. This event was one of many steps in that journey — and a reminder of how much possibility lies ahead.
