Construction Update: The Nest

FEB/2025 — Construction on The Nest, a semi-private homeowner’s club and clubhouse at South Peak Resort, is proceeding on schedule. The facility, located at South Peak’s Pemi Base, is slated for completion in time for the 2025–26 ski season.

The Nest at South Peak will be a central hub for various amenities and services. These may include:

Dining Access: Members can access top-tier dining options, from fresh sushi and wood-fired pizza to a delicious gourmet menu from acclaimed executive chefs in our mountain view clubhouse restaurant

Golf Simulator: A state-of-the-art golf simulator

Seasonal and Daily Ski Lockers: Lockers for winter gear storage

Complimentary Weekend Breakfast: Grab-and-go breakfast will be provided on winter weekends.

Signature Events: The clubhouse will host a range of events, including demo days and other member-focused activities.

Member Merchandise: Members can expect branded merchandise and a discount on a broader South Peak item.

Priority Real Estate Opportunities: Membership may include priority selection on new properties, subject to terms of the Membership Plan.

Memberships at The Nest may also be available for non-homeowners, providing a broader opportunity for those interested in the evolving South Peak community. The membership structure and associated fees will be announced closer to the clubhouse’s opening date.

Construction crews will remain active on-site, and ongoing updates will be provided as progress continues toward the projected 2025–26 opening.
