The Gate
The South Peak Homeowners Gate provides secure, streamlined access exclusively for South Peak homeowners. Located between South Peak Resort and Loon Mountain, this private gate ensures easy passage into the community. Homeowners can enter using either the South Peak Resort Homeowners App or their homeowner access fobs, making access both convenient and secure.
The Shuttle
The South Peak Shuttle is a private, homeowners only transportation service operating throughout the ski season. Designed for convenience and efficiency, the shuttle runs on a scheduled loop and stops at six primary resort locations:
· Pemigewasset Basecamp
· Riverside Terrace
· Timbertown Quad
· Governor Adams Lodge
· White Mountain Express Gondola
· The Mills Marketplace
In addition to these main stops, the shuttle also makes direct stops at single family homes, making travel to and from the mountain effortless. Homeowners can contact the shuttle directly through the South Peak Resort Homeowners App, which provides real time shuttle tracking and scheduling.
Exciting update: A second shuttle will be added this season to better accommodate busy weekends and improve service reliability.

· Monday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
· Tuesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
· Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
· Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
· Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
· Saturday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
· Sunday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
The Yurt
The South Peak Yurt is a warm, comfortable gathering space situated along the homeowners’ trails. It operates during the same dates and hours as the Lincoln Express Quad. Whether you’re gearing up for the day or taking a mid-mountain break, the yurt offers a welcoming environment to relax, meet with friends, or warm up. Inside, homeowners will find complimentary water, snacks, coffee, and assorted refreshments, making it an ideal stop to freshen up during a fun ski day.
Rivers Edge Lift and Ski Trails
The Rivers Edge Lift is a private double chairlift accessible directly from the South Peak homeowners’ trail network. These exclusive trails are professionally groomed by Loon Mountain’s snowmaking and grooming teams and feature over 30 snow guns positioned throughout the property, providing enhanced snow coverage and extended ski season capabilities.
