South Peak Resort

South Peak is an exclusive 360-acre homeowner community surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest and comfortably nestled between the Pemigewasset (Pemi) River and Loon Mountain Ski Resort in Lincoln, New Hampshire. South Peak offers single-family home lots, condominiums, and townhomes with ski-in/out trails maintained by Loon Mountain private lifts to the high-speed Lincoln Express Quad chairlift.

One of New England’s most accessible ski resorts, South Peak is a quick 2-hour drive from the greater Boston area and Logan International Airport. Once you’ve settled in, access to local amenities like restaurants, trails, and attractions, including The Pemigewasset (Pemi) River and Lincoln’s bustling Main Street, is a quick walk or drive from your doorstep.

New Ownership Opportunies

In October of 2022, South Peak announced two new developments and new single-family lots that bring a variety of new ownership opportunities to South Peak Resort.

Single Family Lots

As of January 2022, South Peak Resort included 40 condo units and 43 single-family homes, with another 16 lots sold and ready for construction, representing only 17% of the total residences approved for development. New lots for single-family homes are released as they are approved and prepared for development. South Peak’s single-family homeowners have access to a growing array of amenities and benefits, including private lifts and trails onto Loon mountain. Fireside

Fireside is a stylish, slope-side neighborhood of townhomes with private outdoor spaces and access to community amenities such as firepits and open-air bars. These spacious townhomes give families and their guests a well-appointed basecamp for mountain life. The townhomes at Fireside feature a wide range of custom options, architectural styles, and 360-degree mountain views. Construction is to begin in 2023, pending approvals. The Rapids

With stunning mountain views, The Rapids offers riverfront townhomes on the Pemigewasset (Pemi) River banks. The crystal-clear Pemi River is a local favorite for swimming, wading, or tubing, and its rushing waters provide a magical auditory ambiance your family will treasure. Homes at The Rapids are designed to take full advantage of the mountain lifestyle. South Peak Expansion

Our commitment to bringing more amenities and value to South Peak Residents continues with the announcement by Loon Mountain Resort to move forward with expanding their South Peak operations. We have been working closely with the Loon to enhance the South Peak area, and we are excited to see it open during the 2023/24 winter season. Clearing for trails has begun on South Peak, and Loon expects to open a new lift and trails at the base of the current escape route trail.
