The Rapids

ARCHITECTURAL STYLES

The Rapids offers four architectural styles, each thoughtfully laid out to maximize mountain views and the Pemi River. The exterior design combines South Peak’s traditional Adirondack-style gable with modern contemporary lines and finishes. Each townhome features double-height, open-concept living areas with kitchens facing a wall of windows for maximum light and ambiance. Many townhomes at The Rapids offer secondary living areas or lofts to accommodate quality time with friends and family.
