South Peak residents returning to ski at Loon this season were greeted with an exciting holiday gift – A re-imagined and remodeled Pemi Base Camp. The new and improved South Peak Base Camp caters to guests and residents with a fun, laid-back environment and has quickly become Lincoln’s go-to destination for a peak après-ski experience.
The all-new South Peak Base Camp has two indoor bars and an outdoor heated slopeside bar in the range of an oversized firepit for ambiance. The bright and cheery interior of the tent has newly painted fun murals by a Cisco Breweries artist to compliment the lively atmosphere.
Apres Ski at South Peak Base Camp often includes Live Music and is open late on weekends and holiday weeks. Music acts have ranged from pop and country to reggae. You can find the music schedule on their website.
South Peak Base Camp’s new menu features breakfast favorites, fresh paninis, salads, and fresh apres ski bar bites. The bar includes local craft beer favorites, including Cisco Brewery, and creative cocktails sure to quench anyone’s thirst.
Loon Mountain’s skier services are on hand for lift tickets, and a pop-up store has all your gear and skier essentials.
Whether stopping in for a warm-up and a quick bite to eat on your way back to the slopes or for a good time with family and friends, South Peak Base Camp is quickly becoming a new favorite to the Loon, Woodstock apres ski scene.
