South Peak is proud to announce our brand-new resort app; just in time for the 2022-23 ski season! The purpose of the app is to improve the flow of information and communication within the community, add convenience, facilitate access to new amenities, and improve the overall South Peak homeowner experience.

South Peak residents returning to ski at Loon this season were greeted with an exciting holiday gift – A re-imagined and remodeled Pemi Base Camp. The new and improved South Peak Base Camp caters to guests and residents with a fun, laid-back environment and has quickly become Lincoln’s go-to destination for a peak après-ski experience.

Back in March of 2022, the lifestyle TV show Home, Life & Style made a stop at South Peak Resort to film an episode of the show that featured a tour of an award-winning South Peak home along with an on-mountain interview with Loon Mountain Resort COO Brian Norton and a dinner-party prepared by local chef and owner of Jimmy Sea’s restaurant.
